In its latest effort to enhance the student experience, the University of South Florida is pleased to announce that we will be launching the new Student Self-Service platform to replace Student OASIS in late September.

The new Student Self-Service online platform will offer a more streamlined and efficient tool for your student to:

  • Update personal info
  • Provide access to view records to a parent or supporter
  • View account info and pay bills
  • Manage financial aid
  • View grades and transcripts
  • Register for classes
  • And more!

Following implementation the last weekend in September, all students will be directed to log in to Student Self-Service, instead of Student OASIS. The Office of the Registrar website will offer tutorial videos to guide students through the new platform; we will also outreach to students as these tutorials are released.

As USF prepares for the launch, students will begin to see the name Student Self-Service appearing in our course catalogs, systems, websites, etc.

We are looking forward to providing students with a better platform to manage their business with USF! If you or your student have questions, please contact the Office of the Registrar at AskTheRegistrar@usf.edu.
