We're pleased to announce that the new Student Self-Service portal is live!

With Student Self-Service, your student can manage their business in one convenient place online (replaces Student OASIS), including:

  • Updating personal info
  • Provide access to view their record to (YOU) a parent/supporter
  • View account info and pay bills
  • Manage financial aid
  • View grades and transcripts
  • Register for classes
  • And more!

Third Party Proxy Users (Students)

Explore how to set up Third-Party Proxy Access that allows you to share specific information with a parent, guardian, or other supporter while maintaining control. Learn how to add a proxy, set access dates, create a secure passphrase, and customize which parts of your student record they can view, such as grades, financial aid, and account balances. You can manage proxy permissions at any time, with proxies notified of any changes.

Third Party Proxy Users (Families & Guests)

This tutorial is designed for third parties, such as parents or guardians, granted access to a student’s account at the University of South Florida. Learn how to set up your Third-Party Proxy Access account, log in, and update your personal information for authentication. Explore available features, including viewing account balances, financial aid details, class schedules, grades, and more, while understanding student-controlled access under FERPA.
