All incoming students are required to submit the Medical History and Immunization Form to USF prior to attending Orientation. Students will be unable to register for courses if the form is not received in a timely fashion.
Please note that this form requires formal authorization from a healthcare provider, so please ensure to leave time to complete this task for enrollment.
We have a student led tour scheduled but we were not able to make into the admitted students day 3/23. Wil the tour be enough or should we also try to attend the admitted students day? Also will we get some information about...see more
